Tray E. Cockerell
I lead Humana's efforts related to academic relationships, specifically focused on Population Health and Social Determinants of Health in three domains: education, research, and community. My goal is to support the transformation of clinical education to include population health and the social context in which people live and work, especially as that context contributes to their overall health and well-being. I have led teams in multiple domains, including clinical, project management, operations leadership, start-ups, shut-downs, and general human capital domains. My expertise is in maximizing the potential in teammates to fulfill their career aspirations. I mentor dozens of people, formally and informally, and I'm sought out for my advice and counsel in many areas, including career development, storytelling, personal branding, and culture.
