Partnerships

The HPE Data Science Institute maintains academic, industry and civic partnerships to promote the utilization of data science and high-performance computing resources and expertise at the University of Houston.

The institute supports programs for students on the University’s campus, as well as in K-12 schools throughout Houston. Faculty whose research depends on the super computers in the HPE Data Science Institute are also served by this initiative.

The Engaged Data Science initiative uses project-based learning experiences to develop a pipeline of students prepared to pursue post-secondary education and career pathways in data science.
